Claws

Melee Weapon Attack: +5 to hit, reach 5 ft., one target. Hit: 8 (2d4 + 3) slashing damage.

Strangle

Melee Weapon Attack: +5 to hit, reach 5 ft., one Medium or smaller creature against which the ettercap has advantage on the attack roll. Hit: 7 (1d8 + 3) bludgeoning damage and the target is grappled (escape DC 13). Until this grapple ends the ettercap automatically hits the target with its strangle attack and the target can't breathe.
