False Promises

Whispers promises of power and riches in mind of one creature it can see within 60' of it: 18 (4d8) psychic and charmed 1 min (DC 15 Wis half damage and isn't charmed). While charmed creature has disadvantage on saves vs. pustakam's enchantment spells. Charmed creature can re-save at end of each of its turns success ends effect on itself.
