The servant of Yig makes two attacks: one with its bite and one with its glaive.

Bite

Melee Weapon Attack: +4 to hit, reach 5 ft., one creature. Hit: 4 (1d4 + 2) piercing damage plus 10 (3d6) poison damage. The target must succeed on a DC 13 Constitution saving throw or become poisoned. While poisoned this way, the target is incapacitated and takes 7 (2d6) poison damage at the start of each of its turns. The target can repeat the saving throw at the end of each of its turns, ending the effect on itself on a success.

Glaive

Melee Weapon Attack: +4 to hit, reach 10 ft., one creature. Hit: 7 (1d10 + 2) slashing damage.

Constrict

Melee Weapon Attack: +4 to hit, reach 5 ft., one creature. Hit: 6 (1d8 + 2) bludgeoning damage, and the target is grappled (escape DC 14). Until this grapple ends, the creature is restrained, and the Servant of Yig can't constrict another target.
