Claw

Melee Weapon Attack: +7 to hit, reach 5 ft. or range 5 ft., one creature. Hit: 7 (1d6 + 4) slashing damage.

The spawn of Rhopalocerex flutters its wings, and its large eyes briefly shine. Each creature within 30 feet of the spawn and that can see it must make a DC 15 Charisma saving throw. On a failure, a creature is charmed for 1 minute. On a success, a creature takes 14 (4d6) psychic damage.
